If you love to read, you’re in the right place! I’m obsessed with books and read as much as I possibly can. This blog started as a way to share my thoughts on the books I’m reading, but it has since grown into a space where I also support and publicize the hard work of authors bringing their stories to life.

Originally called The Book Basics when I launched in 2016, my focus was mostly on book reviews. A few years later, I began conducting author interviews, and after joining the “bookstagram” community in 2022, I rebranded as Cyn’s Fiction Addiction to reflect my love for all things fiction.

Along the way, I also launched Pinto Prose & Publicity, my editorial and PR services business, where I offer support to new and indie authors, specializing in thrillers, romance, and fantasy. I know from speaking with many indie authors that traditional services can be out of reach, so I offer affordable pricing to help authors make their dreams come true without breaking the bank.
